Matcha Latte

This latte is full of antioxidants which makes a great alternative to your morning coffee or a warm treat later in the day.

Ingredients

1 cup macadamia nut milk

1/2 cup water

1 scoop Match protein – Primal Kitchen is my favorite

1 tsp MCT oil

Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until combined
  2. Transfer to your favorite mug and heat until desired temperature
