HOW IT WORKS
- First, you schedule a 45 minute breakthrough call with me.
- On our call, I take a total deep dive into your life: what does your lifestyle look like, what are you eating, and thinking. I want to know what it’s like to be you. So I can know how to help you best.
- I then send you a proposal with a few options on what I feel will best serve you. Then you determine if we are a good fit for one another.
- Then, we get the party started! Our calls will be every week for 45 minutes to 1 hour. We laugh, we cry, and we dig in deep. We take it one step at a time so your new way of doing things becomes actual habits that last.
- My client’s call me part cheerleader part tough love coach. I will be here supporting you and cheering you on the whole way. And I will also be here giving you a little kick in the booty when you need it most.
